Mentorship

I provide mentorship to yoga students, yoga teachers. I have been successfully teaching yoga for since 2013 as a private yoga teacher and have been teaching in multiple studios. Additionally, I have led workshops at schools, police athletic department and yoga studios. Teaching yoga as a private instructor requires a different skillset that is not often taught at yoga teacher trainings.

I have led many workshops that have helped students grow in their practice and also teachers get more creative as they teach and lead their classes and find their own unique voice.

My mentorship program will cover:

• Asana practice and styles of yoga
• Finding your voice as a teacher
• Observing and assisting me in my private lessons and group classes
• Practice teaching
• Personal growth and goals
• Growing financially (business of yoga)

I offer single private mentorship sessions or packages. These sessions could be in person or online sessions. Please call for more information and specific questions!
